It's not uncommon when a C&S fan starts collecting stamps, cards, calendars, badges and souvenirs of all kinds showing the objects of his hobby. Sometimes the images of his beloved plants are painted on canvas or in water-colours. Painted pictures of cacti are not that rare, but I've never come across embroidered images of these plants!
In this issue we'd like to acquaint you with art works of Elena Moroz, a member of the C&S club "Coryphantha" from Samara: embroideries in cross-stitch (Photo 1-3) and water-colors (Photo 4-11). The water-color on Photo 10 is painted by Elena's daughter Julia.
