Photo report from exhibitions Chelyabinsk is a city situated in latitude 55 North, the Urals, the border between Europe and Asia. Winter lasts for 6 months. The rest of the year cold alternates with heat. Spring 2002, exhibition of cacti.
Views of collections (photos 1-3) and compositions (photos 4-12). The author of compositions is Irina Kataeva. The compositions have no names, they are just arranged plants. Irina is an architect, a mother of two children and a grandmother. Shes been growing cacti for 20 years and owns a greenhouse. She organizes exhibitions of cacti. (by Walery Kalishev).
